CloudBees has been an excellent Salesforce.com customer for years, but was using external systems like Excel and Google spreadsheets to manage the forecasts of their global sales teams. Sales leadership can get an instantaneous snapshot of their direct reports, their team’s forecast and make quick manager judgments using forecast overrides. CloudBees is now poised to increase their growth as they’ve taken an entire process out of manual upkeep and tied it to their Salesforce.com platform to increase efficiency and productivity.
